Your Emergency Dentist — Here to Provide Immediate Care

--

When something happens to your teeth, you might not be able to make an appointment at the dentist’s office as soon as you would like. You might have to visit an emergency dental clinic instead, a location that is prepared to see patients who are experiencing issues like blunt trauma to the teeth, knocked out or loose teeth, and pain that will not subside.

The staff at these emergency dental locations are trained to help patients feel comfortable. Personal consultations are offered to explain the process of treatment, as well as the options available for each situation. This allows patients to understand how their care will work and gives them confidence that they are in the best hands possible.

While a walk-in dentist might not have the same availability as an emergency dentistry office, they are often still open during the day and can help with a variety of oral health needs, including a root canal or tooth extraction. They can also assist with sedation, bridges, crowns, veneers, and teeth whitening, as well as providing periodontal therapy.

You may have to pay a little bit more for visiting an urgent care dentist than you might at other locations, but this is due to the fact that these locations are prepared to see patients on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you can, try to call the clinic before heading there to find out how long it might take to be seen and if they will accept your insurance provider’s plans.
